Transitioning a blue lace dress from day to night - Holiday party style the searsStyle way! #shop

  1. Just stumbled across this post, and I love how you styled that dress! I used to plan my event outfits way far in advance, but have been doing the opposite for the past few years. I’ve heard of ShopYourWay, but never checked it out. I feel like I always can envision multiple uses for a piece when I try it on the first time, but then tend to mentally categorize it as either casual or dressy once it’s in my wardrobe.

  2. I totally love your outfits!! I completely agree–blue is an extremely festive holiday color and so much more fun than green or red because of the unexpected factor 😉 I do plan out my clothes months in advance and I could definitely see myself rocking that 😀 Yey for the great price too!! #client

  3. Fabulous colour and texture. I think you chose well. And, even more casually, I think it would look super-cute with a cardigan as well. Thanks so much for hosting!

  4. Hi Molly! I remember seeing you around CNU and I think we had a psych class or two together. Had no idea you were such a well-known blogger! I just started mine a few months ago. I will definitely be linking up with you a lot. Love your site!

  5. I am already panicking about my company Christmas Party…being preggo and trying to find something that fits AND looks good will definitely be a challenge.
This lace dress looks great on you and I love how it’s versatile enough to go from day to night and also a yer round dress! You def got a great deal!!

  6. That dress is so pretty: the color, the lace material, the fit, the length, the sleeves. It is quite versatile, also. I absolutely love the Night Look. Your hair looks amazing & the red lipstick suits you so much.

Check out my Leopard Look today. I promise you will like it. Ada. =)

  7. I love the lace dress! I feel like a beautiful lace dress is kind of a staple. You’ve done a great job styling it for both parties! This is giving me all sorts of ideas for the lace dress currently hanging in my closet!
