Yeah, I wore this blouse again… AND THE TRIANGLE BLOGGER ANNOUNCEMENT!

[Blouse: Fab'rik Chapel Hill (last seen worn here, here), Jeans: Seven for All Mankind, Shoes: Nine West, Belt: Target, Sunnies: Target, Bag: Longchamp, Necklace: JCrew via eBay]

You guys, this is what I wore to dinner last week when I met up with Mia and Brooke for… well… dinner. I hate when I’m accidentally redundant. Yeah, I know this is like the bazillionth time I’ve worn this blouse in the last month. But I can’t help it. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. It’s mah fave.

Okay, so you know how I told you guys how I met Mia and Brooke for dinner? You know, I told you both on Friday and, well, right now.

Well, I am SO EXCITED to finally announce what we have been commiserating on (Remember, I mentioned something about this last week?)

Mia, Brooke, and I are excited to announce the launch of: The Triangle Fashion, Beauty, & Lifestyle Bloggers (TriFABB) organization PLUS our official LAUNCH PARTY & BLOGGER MEETUP! (Can you tell I’m excited?)

So here’s a little about TriFABB:

The Triangle Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle Bloggers (TriFABB) is a group and community where bloggers in the Triangle region of North Carolina can come together to learn, collaborate, meet, and connect with each other – oh, and they all happen to share a passion for fashion, beauty, and/or blogging!

Feeling inspired by the Capital Area Fashion & Beauty Bloggers (CapFABB) out of the Washington D.C. area, Molly Stillman teamed up with Mia Maree and Brooke Allen to form TriFABB in August 2012. They wanted to create a community where local bloggers could grow – whether it be through local meet-ups, networking opportunities, events, or just being able to ask the questions we all wanna know the answers to when it comes to blogging (and life!)

We believe that the members of TriFABB are on the cutting edge of all things, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

Wanna get in touch with us? You can email us here! Wanna join TriFABB? Find out how here.

So yeah, we are SO excited. This idea has been swimming around in my head for a LONG time and I wasn’t sure about trying to do it all on my own… and I have really loved getting to know Mia and Brooke over the last few months and so when I mentioned the idea to them, they were both SO excited.

I am just SO pumped about having a group and a place for local fashion, beauty, AND lifestyle bloggers to be able to come together, get advice, seek help, ask questions, and make friends. I just have so many ideas, big plans, ideas for monthly meetups, fashion shows, charity events, and the whole nine-yards!!! The list is quite lengthy…

PLUS, to make things even MORE awesome… we ARE having an OFFICIAL TriFABB Launch Party!!

So, if you are a fashion, beauty, and/or lifestyle blogger living, working, and/or blogging in the Triangle region of North Carolina, we want you to come!

Here are the details:

  • DATE: Thursday, August 16th, 2012
  • TIME: 7-9pm
  • WHERE: Fab’rik Chapel Hill | (you know, where I got the blouse I’m obsessed with…)
  • WHAT: TriFABB Launch Party & Blogger Meetup – Fab’rik is closing their store to the public and giving party attendees 20% off the ENTIRE store PLUS there will be some snacks, drinks and a few treats for attendees.
  • RSVP: Please RSVP to trifabb@gmail.com by Wednesday, August 15th (but really, sooner rather than later as space is somewhat limited :) )

So yeah, I don’t know if I can honestly convey how excited I am to just be able to meet, greet, and make friends with SO many amazing people in this area. And if you don’t live in the Triangle region, don’t worry, we love you, too! AND you’re ALWAYS welcome to come visit! FOR REALS!

We’re just starting out, so bear with us as we get things rolling. BUT, in the meantime, be sure to check out the TriFABB blog, like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, BlogLovin‘, AND Pinterest!

HUGE thank you to Mia and Brooke for being my partners in crime on this whole thing. YAY!

Wow, so much fun! ;) I think I have found one other style blogger in my entire state. There are a bunch of craft and homestead bloggers, but not so many style bloggers in Arkansas. ;) Good luck in your new endeavor. I’m excited for you. ;)
Love that blouse, girl. You just wear it to your heart’s content. It is amazing on you. ;)

Hmph. I’m jealous. But still – happy for you!!! This sounds like such fun!!! We have an Atlanta group but they don’t really do a whole lot. Also, don’t feel you need to apologize for wearing something you LOVE – you’re showing how to restyle the same piece many ways!! And I love that top every time I see it. :)

I am sooo excited about this! I read about these blogger meet-ups all the time and I have to admit, I was jealous! I can’t wait for Aug. 16!! I must say though, I’m nervous…I don’t have a large following yet since I’ve really just started and recently found my real vision for my blog. Are there any requirements/stipulations to be a member?

I absolutely love it when people love something in their wardrobe so much that they can’t resist wearing it over and over – just shows how much you’re feeling it, plus it’s the perfect way to show how to remix something (especially an interesting pattern!) :) And of course I totally missed YOLO Monday yesterday because I was crazy busy, but I’ll enjoy checking out the other submissions this week!
